Imagine many small micro-experiences that we encounter every day. In your company, at home, in your free time. Ms. Birkenbihl compared these to sand containing gold dust. Some of them are worth keeping. These are the nuggets. They become memories and are then stored in autobiographical memory, i.e., if you allow it. A KAWA (according to Birkenbihl) is also ideal for presentations. What makes this technique so fascinating? It is the scarcity. But first, a brief explanation of what a KAWA actually is. A KAWA is a word mark and an acronym.
