In this set, you will receive a weekly planner (for 1 year) and 2 daily planners

This planning system is...

  • ...brain-friendly

You work with prepared colorful mind maps that activate both hemispheres of the brain and appeal to multiple senses.

  • ...clear and concise

You can easily keep track of your week/day. Reading a mind map takes only seconds.

  • ...innovative

In the weekly planner, you first define your Big Stones - your biggest tasks for the week, which you then distribute across the days.

In the daily planner, these tasks are divided into A, B, and C tasks according to the Eisenhower Method.

You always start with the A-tasks and work on them until they are completed. Only then do the B- and C-tasks follow.

  • ...psychologically well-conceived

    Ever heard of positive psychology?

Here it is applied to planning:

In the weekly planner, completed tasks are not crossed out, but highlighted.

The highlights of the previous week are visibly written down. If something doesn't go as planned - a look at the highlights and the world is right again.

Integrated into the daily planner are the Museum Days, freely adapted from John Strelecky (Big Five for Life).

Here you quickly record at the end of the day:

How meaningful was your daily routine, what did you achieve?

Who did you surround yourself with - positive or rather hindering people?

From 0 to 100 - how did you feel?

  • ...financially sustainable

Since you always focus on the most important things in your business/family, this will guaranteed be reflected in your income/profit.

Note: Since we started working with the planner set, our revenue has increased by 60% and our profit has tripled within one year.

     A small guide

The weekly planner:

1. Define Big Stones (the most important tasks) - These tasks must be addressed first if possible and must appear on individual days.

2. List Highlights of the past week (gives a good feeling, especially important when things are not going so well).

3. Enter the date and possibly the calendar week. Then enter your most important appointments and distribute them on the branches. If you feel like it, colorfully design the branches. The astonishing thing:

Often, the best ideas come from this.

4. Plan the individual days. Tip: plan 15-25% buffer time for each.

5. Choose a quote of the week

6. Highlight completed things with a marker, including the Big Stones.

7. Transfer all uncompleted items to the next weekly planner.

The daily planner:

No more boring ToDo lists that are demotivating rather than motivating.

We have been working with the daily planners for a year now and have had many of our trainers test them. The result: The finished daily planners are available as a ring binder.

The big advantage: In addition to your daily plan, you can also make other notes. All notes are always retrievable - exactly with the date you made them.

Completed tasks are highlighted in color, thus rewarding your brain. Tasks are completed according to priority (according to the Eisenhower method). Not everything can be accomplished: What was not completed is transferred to the next day.

And we have also integrated something ingenious: The Museum Day from John Strelecky's book "Big Five for Life". Imagine that every day of your life would be displayed in a museum. Happy days, but also days that were forgettable or days where nothing happened. Is it worth visiting this museum?

From now on, make every one of your days a highlight. With the Museometer, you can check in seconds how your day was - positive or negative. Tip: If several negative days follow one another, change something in your business or in your environment! The risk of illness would be too great.

A detailed guide to the planner and an example day from the academy are included.

Good luck!
