Many of my clients, when they see a mind map from me, say, "Ah, you can tell Vera F. Birkenbihl's signature style," but in their minds, they're thinking of the colorful KAWAs that she loved to draw. These differ significantly from mind maps. A KAWA is more about thought experiments, finding associations, and tapping into the subconscious, whereas my mind maps represent structured knowledge.
KAWA, by the way, stands for Kreative-Ausbeute-(durch) Wort-Assoziationen (Creative Output through Word Associations), so it's an acronym.
We've put many of our KAWAs in the shop because they also convey knowledge. Above all, however, they are meant to inspire you to create your own KAWAs.
